In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Shelton Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Overton Eagles.

With the win, Shelton advances its record to 16-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Giltner (Giltner, NE) to face the Hornets in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 7-6. Giltner won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Pleasanton (Pleasanton, NE)

With the loss, Overton drops to 17-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Southwest (Bartley, NE) to play the Roughriders in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 2.
