The Big Sandy Wildcats basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Brookeland Wildcats to 33 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Sabine for a 2A Region III District 24 contest on Tuesday, January 18.

The Wildcats (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Spurger (Spurger, TX). The Pirates enter the 2A Region III District 24 contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Spurger was routed by West Sabine (Pineland, TX), 57-33, in a league contest.
