Texas High School Basketball - Wildorado overwhelms Adrian
January 10, 2023: Wildorado, TX Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Wildorado Mustangs (Wildorado, TX) and the visiting Adrian Matadors (Adrian, TX), saw Wildorado's basketball squad wallop Adrian by a tally of 45-15.
With the victory, Wildorado improves its record to 19-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Texline (Texline, TX) to confront the Tornadoes in a 1A Region I District 3 challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Tornadoes come into the challenge with a record of 22-4. Texline won 96-26 in their recent league challenge against Pringle-Morse (Morse, TX)
Next up, the Matadors confront the Hartley Tigers (Hartley, TX) in a 1A Region I District 3 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Adrian will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-10 record after their 56-55 league loss to Pringle-Morse (Morse, TX).
