The Tornadoes now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Porte for a 5A Region III District 18 battle on Friday, January 13. Ball will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-59 league loss to Manvel (Manvel, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-16.
The Mavericks (11-8) will now prepare for their battle against Angleton (Angleton, TX). The Wildcats come into the 5A Region III District 18 battle with a 17-9 record. In their last battle, Angleton dropped by Texas City (Texas City, TX), 53-36, in a league battle.
