Illinois High School Basketball - Evanston crushes Niles North
January 10, 2023: Skokie, IL 60077 Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL), 79-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Evanston upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The Wildkits travel to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL) to play the Titans in a Central Suburban - South bout on Friday, January 13. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Glenbrook South won 63-48 in their recent league bout against Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL)
Next up, the Vikings play the Maine East Blue Demons (Park Ridge, IL) in a Central Suburban - North bout, on Friday, January 13. Niles North will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Blue Demons go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 54-47 league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, IL).
