Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Foundation Academy Lions (Winter Garden, FL) and the host The First Academy Royals (Orlando, FL), saw Foundation Academy's basketball squad hold off The First Academy by a tally of 72-68.

With the victory, Foundation Academy improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Hagerty (Oviedo, FL) to play the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Hagerty won 64-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Lake Howell (Winter Park, FL)

Next up, the Royals play the Melbourne Bulldogs (Melbourne, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. The First Academy will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record.
