The Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Comets (Fergus Falls, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Parkers Prairie Panthers (Parkers Prairie, MN), 58-48 in Tuesday's league test.

The Comets (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Rothsay (Rothsay, MN). The Tigers go into the A Section 6 test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Rothsay notched a victory over Ortonville (Ortonville, MN), 56-37, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Verndale for a non-league test on Thursday, January 12. Parkers Prairie will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 76-34 non-league loss to Henning (Henning, MN). The Pirates record now stands at 1-6.
