In Tuesday's league outing, the Memorial Christian Academy Warriors (Killeen, TX) basketball squad edged the host Sterling Classical Soldiers (Leander, TX), by a margin of 46-42.

The Warriors (3-9) will now prepare for their outing against Savio (Austin, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 5-13 record. In their last outing, Savio held off Smoking for Jesus Ministry Christian School (Burnet, TX), 57-55, in a non-league outing.

The Soldiers now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary's for a TCAF District 4 outing on Friday, January 13. Sterling Classical will clash with a squad coming off a 56-39 league loss to Providence Prep (Belton, TX). The record now stands at 0-2.
