January 10, 2023: Montezuma, KS 67867 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the South Gray Rebels (Montezuma, KS) and the visiting Minneola Wildcats (Minneola, KS), saw South Gray's basketball squad wallop Minneola by a tally of 83-48.
With the victory, South Gray improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Bucklin (Bucklin, KS) to confront the Red Aces in a Southern Plains-Iroquois challenge on Friday, January 13. The Red Aces come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Bucklin won 74-62 in their recent non-league challenge against Satanta (Satanta, KS)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Ashland Blue Jays (Ashland, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 13. Minneola will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Blue Jays come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 57-24 non-league loss to South Central (Coldwater, KS).
