The Talawanda Brave basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Northwest Knights to 47 in the Brave league triumph on Tuesday.

The Brave now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ross for a Southwest Ohio contest on Friday, January 13.

The Knights (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Healthy (Cincinnati, OH). The Fighting Owls enter the Southwest Ohio contest with a 3-12 record. In their last contest, Mt. Healthy nudged Edgewood (Trenton, OH), 47-45, in a league contest.
