January 10, 2023: South Charleston, OH 45368 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the West Liberty-Salem Tigers (West Liberty, OH) and the host Southeastern Local Trojans (South Charleston, OH), saw West Liberty-Salem's basketball squad overcome Southeastern Local by a tally of 49-40.
With the victory, West Liberty-Salem improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Cedarville (Cedarville, OH) to confront the Indians in a Ohio Heritage challenge on Friday, January 13. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Cedarville won 57-14 in their recent league challenge against Triad (North Lewisburg, OH)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Fairbanks Panthers (Milford Center, OH) in a Ohio Heritage challenge, on Friday, January 13. Southeastern Local will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 67-47 league loss to Greeneview (Jamestown, OH).
