California High School Basketball - Chico thwarts Enterprise
January 10, 2023: Chico, CA 95926 The Chico Panthers (Chico, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Enterprise Hornets (Redding, CA), 45-35 in Tuesday's league test.
The Panthers (16-1) will now prepare for their test against Red Bluff (Red Bluff, CA). The Spartans go into the test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Red Bluff notched a victory over Pleasant Valley (Chico, CA), 59-51, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasant Valley for a test on Thursday, January 12. Enterprise will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 66-59 league loss to Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 8-10.
