January 10, 2023: Holland Patent, NY 13354

The Central Valley Academy Thunder (Ilion, NY) basketball knocked off the host Holland Patent Golden Knights (Holland Patent, NY), 49-38 in Tuesday's league test.

The Thunder (3-4) will now prepare for their test against New Hartford (New Hartford, NY). The Spartans go into the Section 3 Tri-Valley test with a 5-2 record.

The Golden Knights now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to New Hartford for a Section 3 Tri-Valley test on Friday, January 13. Holland Patent will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 41-29 league loss to Proctor (Utica, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 5-2.
