The Christ Covenant Spartan topped the host Trinity Christian Tigers basketball team by a final score of 44-31 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Spartan face the Victory Christian Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 13. Christ Covenant will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 10-1 record after their 22-19 non-league loss to New Bern Christian Academy (New Bern, NC).
