California High School Basketball - Independence fells Overfelt
January 10, 2023: San Jose, CA 95122 Independence 76ers (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Overfelt Royals (San Jose, CA), 42-26 in a league bout.
With the win, Independence upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The 76ers travel to Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a Blossom Valley - Santa Teresa East bout on Thursday, January 12. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Ann Sobrato won 49-29 in their recent league bout against Hill (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the Royals play the Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA) in a Blossom Valley - Santa Teresa East bout, on Thursday, January 12. Overfelt will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 45-41 league loss to Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA).
