Georgia High School Basketball - South Forsyth overwhelms Lambert
January 10, 2023: Cumming, GA 30041 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the South Forsyth War Eagles (Cumming, GA) and the visiting Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA), saw South Forsyth's basketball squad wallop Lambert by a tally of 54-29.
With the victory, South Forsyth improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The War Eagles travel to Milton (Milton, GA) to play the Eagles in a AAAAAAA Region 6 challenge on Friday, January 13. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Milton lost 43-21 in their recent league challenge against West Forsyth (Cumming, GA)
Next up, the Longhorns play the Forsyth Central Bulldogs (Cumming, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 6 challenge, on Friday, January 13. Lambert will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 3-12 record after their 52-43 league loss to Denmark (Alpharetta, GA).
