January 10, 2023: Lee, ME 04455 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Penquis Valley Patriots (Milo, ME) and the host Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME), saw Penquis Valley's basketball squad overcome Lee Academy by a tally of 42-24.
With the victory, Penquis Valley improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Patriots host Penobscot Valley (Howland, ME) to confront the Howlers in a C North challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Howlers come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Penobscot Valley won 66-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Schenck (East Millinocket, ME)
Next up, the Pandas confront the Stearns Minutemen (Millinocket, ME) in a C North challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Lee Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Minutemen come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 71-33 league loss to Central (East Corinth, ME).
