The North Buncombe Black Hawks basketball team scored 34 points and held the host Enka Jets to 27 in the Black Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Black Hawks now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Asheville for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. North Buncombe will battle a Cougars team coming off a 29-28 non-league loss to McDowell (Marion, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 1-4.

The Jets (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Erwin (Asheville, NC). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 8-5 record.
