North Carolina High School Basketball - Kinston overwhelms Wallace-Rose Hill
January 10, 2023: Teachey, NC 28464 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kinston Vikings (Kinston, NC) and the host Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs (Teachey, NC), saw Kinston's basketball squad wallop Wallace-Rose Hill by a count of 72-30.
With the victory, Kinston upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Vikings host North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC) to play the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. North Lenoir won 43-24 in their recent league challenge against South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) in a challenge, on Friday, January 13. Wallace-Rose Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 55-42 non-league loss to Richlands (Richlands, NC).
