New Jersey High School Basketball - Atlantic County Institute of Tech tops Holy Spirit
January 10, 2024: Mays Landing, NJ Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ) and the visiting Holy Spirit Spartans (Absecon, NJ), saw Atlantic County Institute of Tech's basketball squad knock off Holy Spirit by a count of 45-32.
With the victory, Atlantic County Institute of Tech upgrades its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The host Mainland Regional (Linwood, NJ) to play the Mustangs in a Cape/Atlantic - National challenge on Friday, January 12. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 9-3. Mainland Regional lost 49-48 in their recent league challenge against Atlantic City (Atlantic City, NJ)
Next up, the Spartans play the Ocean City Raiders (Ocean City, NJ) in a Cape/Atlantic - National challenge, on Saturday, January 13. Holy Spirit will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 60-52 non-league win over Millville (Millville, NJ).
