Virginia High School Basketball - Norview fells Booker T. Washington
January 10, 2024: Norfolk, VA 23513 Norview Pilots (Norfolk, VA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers (Norfolk, VA), 61-49 in a league bout.
With the win, Norview upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Pilots host Churchland (Portsmouth, VA) to clash with the Truckers in a Eastern bout on Friday, January 12. The Truckers go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Churchland lost 73-32 in their recent league bout against Lake Taylor (Norfolk, VA)
Next up, the Mighty Bookers clash with the Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) in a Eastern bout, on Friday, January 12. Booker T. Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 67-54 league loss to Norcom (Portsmouth, VA).
