New York High School Basketball - Pleasantville nips Briarcliff
January 10, 2024: Pleasantville, NY 10570 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Pleasantville Panthers (Pleasantville, NY) and the visiting Briarcliff Bears (Briarcliff Manor, NY), saw Pleasantville's basketball squad hold off Briarcliff by a count of 48-42.
With the victory, Pleasantville upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Croton-Harmon (Croton on Hudson, NY) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-5.
