The Centennial Eagles basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Reservoir 'Gators to 45 in the Eagles league victory on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hammond for a Howard County contest on Friday, January 12. Centennial will battle a Golden Bears team coming off a 54-52 league loss to Howard (Ellicott City, MD). The Golden Bears record now stands at 4-6.

The 'Gators (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD). The Wildecats come into the Howard County contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Wilde Lake prevailed over Glenelg (Glenelg, MD), 64-61, in a league contest.
