Shea Raiders (Pawtucket, RI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI), 62-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Shea upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Raiders travel to South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI) to clash with the Rebels in a Division 2 bout on Friday, January 12. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 6-2. South Kingstown won 71-45 in their recent league bout against Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI)

Next up, the Chargers clash with the Times Squared Academy Eagles (Providence, RI) in a Division 2 bout, on Friday, January 12. Chariho will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 64-47 league loss to Burrillville (Harrisville, RI).
