The Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Poway Titans (Poway, CA), 44-38 in Wednesday's league test.

The Nighthawks (14-4) will now prepare for their test against San Marcos (San Marcos, CA). The Knights go into the Palomar test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, San Marcos was tipped by Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA), 48-33, in a league test.
