With the victory, Pope Francis Prep advances its record to 7-0 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA) to meet the Lancers in a Valley Wheel battle on Tuesday, January 14. The Lancers enter the battle with a record of 1-3.
The Hurricanes now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holyoke for a non-league battle on Friday, January 17. Amherst-Pelham Regional will meet a Purple Knights squad coming off a 65-49 league win over Northampton (Northampton, MA). The Purple Knights record now stands at 8-0.
