January 10, 2025: Kenosha, WI 53143 The Franklin Sabers (Franklin, WI) basketball were winner over the host Kenosha Tremper Trojans (Kenosha, WI), 64-52 in Friday's league bout.
The Sabers now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Waukesha West for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. Franklin will play a Wolverines team coming off a 63-35 league loss to Kettle Moraine (Wales, WI). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Kenosha Tremper falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Waukesha North (Waukesha, WI) to play the Northstars in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 11. The Northstars go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Waukesha North lost 59-49 in their recent non-league bout against Pius XI Catholic (Milwaukee, WI)
