In Friday's league contest, the visiting Valor Preparatory Academy Knights basketball team scored a big 57-3 triumph over the Holy Trinity Catholic Celtics.

The Knights (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bruceville-Eddy (Eddy, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 5-16 record. In their last contest, Bruceville-Eddy was trounced by Moody (Moody, TX), 63-43, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Celtics battle the Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Cedar Park, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 5 contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Holy Trinity Catholic will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record.
