Louisiana High School Basketball - St. Edmund bested by Iota
January 10, 2025: Iota, LA 70543 Iota Bulldogs (Iota, LA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays (Eunice, LA), 43-31 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Iota advances its record to 10-3 on the year. The Bulldogs host Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-16. Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy lost 62-49 in their recent non-league match against West St. Mary (Baldwin, LA)
The Fighting Blue Jays now own a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Lake for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14.
