Indiana High School Basketball - Lakeland thwarts West Noble
January 10, 2025: Ligonier, IN 46767 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Lakeland Lakers (LaGrange, IN) and the host West Noble Chargers (Ligonier, IN), observed Lakeland's basketball team knock off West Noble by a score of 42-34.
The Lakers (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Noble (Albion, IN). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Central Noble was knocked off by Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger (Fort Wayne, IN), 50-45, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Eastside Blazers (Butler, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. West Noble will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Blazers come into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 67-40 league loss to Fairfield (Goshen, IN).
