In Saturday's league contest, the host Angola Hornets basketball team scored a close 47-43 win over the West Noble Chargers.

The Hornets (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against East Noble (Kendallville, IN). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, East Noble was tipped by Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN), 67-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the Goshen RedHawks (Goshen, IN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 25. West Noble will attempt to better on its 8-12 season record. The RedHawks come into the contest with a 12-9 record after their 51-41 non-league win over Westview (Topeka, IN).
