Indiana High School Basketball - West Noble sneaks past DeKalb
January 29, 2025: Ligonier, IN 46767 The West Noble Chargers (Ligonier, IN) basketball edged the visiting DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN), 40-36 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Chargers now possess a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fairfield for a Northeast Corner bout on Friday, January 31. West Noble will play a Falcons team coming off a 69-61 non-league win over Mishawaka (Mishawaka, IN). The Falcons record now stands at 7-6.
With the loss, DeKalb falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Barons travel to Huntington North (Huntington, IN) to play the Vikings in a Northeast 8 bout on Saturday, February 1. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Huntington North lost 63-60 in their recent league bout against East Noble (Kendallville, IN)
