The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Montgomery Red Raiders (Montgomery, PA) and the visiting Sullivan County Griffins (Laporte, PA), observed Montgomery's basketball team edge Sullivan County by a score of 51-47.

The Red Raiders (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest Area (Shickshinny, PA). The Rangers come into the Midd-Penn challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, Northwest Area edged Bucktail (Farwell, PA), 51-22, in a league challenge.
