The Northwestern Warriors basketball squad (Springfield, OH), was nudged 64-58 in Friday's league battle with the visiting North Union Wildcats (Richwood, OH)

With the victory, North Union advances its record to 6-6 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH) to meet the Lakers in a Central Buckeye Conference - Mad River battle on Friday, January 17. The Lakers enter the battle with a record of 5-5. Indian Lake lost 69-57 in their recent non-league battle against Bellefontaine (Bellefontaine, OH)

The Warriors now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenon for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 11. Northwestern will meet a Knights squad coming off a 44-39 league win over Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, OH). The Knights record now stands at 4-6.
