South Dakota High School Basketball - Flandreau thwarts Tri-Valley
January 10, 2025: Flandreau, SD 57028 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Flandreau Fliers (Flandreau, SD) and the visiting Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD), observed Flandreau's basketball team knock off Tri-Valley by a score of 46-31.
The Fliers (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Garretson (Garretson, SD). The Blue Dragons come into the A Region 3 challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Garretson was knocked off by Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD), 35-13, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Baltic Bulldogs (Baltic, SD) in a A Region 3 challenge, on Monday, January 13. Tri-Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 70-35 non-league loss to Vermillion (Vermillion, SD).
