Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Dell Rapids Quarriers (Dell Rapids, SD), 48-41 in a league match.

With the victory, Tri-Valley advances its record to 7-8 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD) to meet the Comets in a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. The Comets enter the match with a record of 9-7. Rapid City Christian lost 71-42 in their recent non-league match against Mahpiya Luta (Pine Ridge, SD)

The Quarriers now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deuel for a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. Dell Rapids will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 59-30 non-league loss to Groton (Groton, SD). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-11.
