The Tri-Valley Mustangs basketball squad (Colton, SD), was outscored 76-67 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Dakota Valley Panthers (North Sioux City, SD)

With the victory, Dakota Valley advances its record to 11-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Bennett County (Martin, SD) to meet the Warriors in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 25. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 9-1. Bennett County won 50-27 in their recent non-league battle against Todd County (Mission, SD)

The Mustangs now own a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Canton for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 28. Tri-Valley will meet a C-Hawks squad coming off a 65-62 league win over Beresford (Beresford, SD). The C-Hawks record now stands at 8-4.
