South Dakota High School Basketball - Tiospaye Topa routs Newell
January 10, 2025: Newell, SD 57760 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Tiospaye Topa Thunderhawks basketball team scored a big 78-51 triumph over the Newell Irrigators.
The Thunderhawks (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Takini (Howes, SD). The Skyhawks go into the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Takini was trounced by Oelrichs (Oelrichs, SD), 57-23, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Irrigators battle the Moorcroft Wolves (Moorcroft, WY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Newell will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 49-28 non-league win over Hulett (Hulett, WY).
