The Lawrence County Red Devils basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting West Point Warriors to 50 in the Red Devils league triumph on Tuesday.

The Red Devils now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brooks for a non-league contest on Friday, January 14.

The Warriors (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Russellville (Russellville, AL). The Golden Tigers enter the 5A Area 15 contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Russellville nudged Jasper (Jasper, AL), 49-46, in a non-league contest.
