The Benjamin Mustangs basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Electra Tigers to 28 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Munday for a 1A Region II District 16 contest on Friday, January 14.

The Tigers (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Northside (Vernon, TX). The Indians enter the 1A Region II District 16 contest with a 3-1 record.
