The May Tigers basketball squad (May, TX), was beaten 48-33 in Tuesday's league outing with the visiting Eula Pirates (Clyde, TX)

The Pirates (14-10) will now prepare for their outing against Baird (Baird, TX). The Bears go into the 1A Region II District 13 outing with a 6-11 record. In their last outing, Baird was beaten by Moran (Moran, TX), 36-18, in a league outing.

The Tigers now own a 16-8 record. They play next when they travel to Rising Star for a 1A Region II District 13 outing on Friday, January 14. May will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 66-32 league loss to Eula (Clyde, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-5.
