The Indianola Indians basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Newton Cardinals to 32 in the Indians non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norwalk for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 13. Indianola will battle a Warriors team coming off a 61-42 non-league loss to Dallas Center-Grimes (Dallas Center, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-5.
