Utah High School Basketball - Gunnison Valley over North Summit
January 11, 2023: Gunnison, UT 84634 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs (Gunnison, UT) and the visiting North Summit Braves (Coalville, UT), saw Gunnison Valley's basketball squad overcome North Summit by a tally of 67-58.
With the victory, Gunnison Valley improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Millard (Fillmore, UT) to confront the Eagles in a 2A Region 16 challenge on Friday, January 13. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 10-5. Millard won 71-55 in their recent league challenge against North Sevier (Salina, UT)
Next up, the Braves confront the North Sevier Wolves (Salina, UT) in a 2A Region 16 challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. North Summit will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 71-55 league loss to Millard (Fillmore, UT).
