California High School Basketball - Sierra Canyon tops Loyola
January 11, 2023: Chatsworth, CA 91311 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers (Chatsworth, CA) and the visiting Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA), saw Sierra Canyon's basketball squad knock off Loyola by a count of 71-52.
With the victory, Sierra Canyon upgrades its record to 16-3 on the campaign. The Trailblazers travel to Crespi (Encino, CA) to play the Celts in a Mission challenge on Friday, January 13. The Celts come into the challenge with a record of 15-6. Crespi lost 63-43 in their recent league challenge against Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA)
Next up, the Cubs play the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA) in a Mission challenge, on Friday, January 13. Loyola will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 19-1 record after their 63-43 league win over Crespi (Encino, CA).
