The Round Valley Elks basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting St. Johns Redskins to 30 in the Elks league triumph on Wednesday.

The Elks now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hopi for a 2A North contest on Saturday, January 14. Round Valley will meet a Bruins team coming off a 70-59 non-league loss to Tuba City (Tuba City, AZ). The Bruins record now stands at 9-8.

The Redskins (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Phoenix Country Day (Paradise Valley, AZ). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Phoenix Country Day was defeated by Phoenix Christian (Phoenix, AZ), 66-35, in a non-league contest.
