California High School Basketball - Triumph Charter thwarts Sun Valley Magnet
January 11, 2023: Sun Valley, CA 91352 The Triumph Charter Jaguars (Sylmar, CA) basketball knocked off the host Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers (Sun Valley, CA), 64-49 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Lakeview Charter (Sylmar, CA). The Lions go into the North Valley test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Lakeview Charter went down by North Valley Military Institute (Sun Valley, CA), 42-40, in a league test.
The Pioneers now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Magnolia Science Academy 2 for a Central Valley test on Wednesday, January 18.
