St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Notre Dame (SO) Knights (Sherman Oaks, CA), 52-48 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Francis upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Golden Knights travel to Chaminade (West Hills, CA) to play the Eagles in a bout on Friday, January 13. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-0. Chaminade won 88-30 in their recent league bout against Alemany (Mission Hills, CA)
