California High School Basketball - St. Francis holds off Village Christian
November 16, 2022: La Canada, CA 91011 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA) and the visiting Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA), saw St. Francis's basketball squad hold off Village Christian by a tally of 53-48.
With the victory, St. Francis improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Golden Knights travel to Chaminade (West Hills, CA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, November 18. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Chaminade won 55-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Oak Park (Oak Park, CA)
Next up, the Crusaders confront the Oak Park Eagles (Oak Park, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 17. Village Christian will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 64-52 non-league win over Taft (Woodland Hills, CA).
