January 11, 2023: Wood-Ridge, NJ 07075 The Eastern Christian Eagles (North Haledon, NJ) basketball felled the host Wood-Ridge Blue Devils (Wood-Ridge, NJ), 42-28 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (6-1) will now prepare for their test against North Arlington (North Arlington, NJ). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, North Arlington thwarted Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ), 41-14, in a non-league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Manchester Regional for a non-league test on Friday, January 13. Wood-Ridge will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 24-21 non-league loss to Ridgefield Memorial (Ridgefield, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 1-7.
