Wood-Ridge Blue Devils (Wood-Ridge, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting North Arlington Vikings (North Arlington, NJ), 41-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Wood-Ridge upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ) to play the in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 9. The go into the bout with a record of 1-17.

Next up, the Vikings play the Wallington Panthers (Wallington, NJ) in a North Jersey - Meadowlands B bout, on Thursday, February 9. North Arlington will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record.
